Yes. Go to Event > Event Payments > Unpaid Checkouts and toggle on the ones that you wish to process (click the box left of their name). 

Make sure the “Batch Process As:” has a credit card selected and then tap on the Batch Process button. This will send an email out to anyone with a card on file with their receipt showing they have paid.
