Follow this best practice for sending email's to your Item Donors through the ClickBid Admin and Mass Messaging upgrade feature. 


Add Donors

Items > Manage Donors > Add Donor

Add the following information 

  • Donated Item Name 
  • Item Number
  • Display Name 
  • Donor Name 
  • FMV
  • Donor Email

Email Donors 

Bidders > Email Bidders > Compose an Email > Choose Filter 'Item Donors'.

When sending this thank you email, compose your message and include the following shortcodes. 

[f] = Frist Name (will show the name specified in Donor Name

[l] = Last Name (will show the name specified in Donor Display Name 

[items] = Donated Items (will show a bulleted list of donated item names and their FMVs)
